Profitus Review – A Personal Experience
Recent news:
Autoinvest is now available, which is unusual for real estate loans.

Profitus provides loans in real estate in the three Baltic countries, with the majority in Lithuania. I have been investing since June 2023, and everything has been running smoothly.
Table of contents
Security

- Diversity: Many different loan providers. But only real estate an three different countries
- Late loans: reviews on Trustpilot complain about late loans

Loans
- Interest: 7-13%
- Loan types: Real estate
- Loan term: 12 months and sometimes less
- Available loans: Plenty
- Minimum invest: 100€
- Secondary market: No.
- Autoinvest: Yes
Tax
- Home country: Lithurnia
- 15% tax is withhold by Profitus
- When you declare taxes in your country of tax residence, you can usually reduce the total tax payable by the withheld amount, so you only pay your country’s normal tax rate
My advise
- I recommend diversifying your investments by including real estate. Profitus seems to be a good choice. Personally, I don’t invest too much in long-term loans, especially when there is no possibility of an early exit
