What is a good crowdlending platform?
A good crowdlending platform offers a safe and secure environment for investors, provides a secondary market for buying and selling loans, offers a wide variety of investment options, has a large number of available loans, offers competitive interest rates, and is easy to use.
Here are some specific features to look for in a good crowdlending platform:
- Regulatory compliance: A good crowdlending platform will be licensed and regulated by a reputable financial authority.
- Transparent fees: The platform should clearly disclose all fees associated with investing on the platform.
- Risk assessment: The platform should carefully assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and provide investors with detailed information about the risks associated with each loan.
- Diversification: The platform should offer a variety of loan options to help investors diversify their portfolios.
- Liquidity: The platform should have a secondary market where investors can buy and sell loans.
- Interest rates: The platform should offer competitive interest rates that reflect the risk of the loans.
- User-friendly interface: The platform should be easy to navigate and understand for even novice investors.

Core Loans
These are my favorites in all the Crowdlending platforms I know about
- When you deposit at least €50, your funds are automatic invested
- The core loan investing is prioritized before ordinary loans. This means that you get the best loans with high interest and good diversification. I have experienced immediately investment after my deposits
- Anytime you may withdraw your invest funds without a fee. The withdrawal is instant if you use Revolut Bank
- For this you pay an annual fee of 0.39% of your investments. I believe this is a small prise for getting loans with higher interest, high liquidity and short or no cash drag
Ordinary Loans
- Interest: I have made 12% in average since 2021
- Loan term: 1 month to several Years
- Available loans: Plenty
- Minimum invest: 50€

IUVO
Updated July 2025

Appears to be a stable and serious platform for long term investing. They also offer a high interest saving account with 5-7% interest.
My experience
Fortunately I managed to sell my Ukrainian loans on the secondary market at the beginning of the war. I have not experienced late or defaulted loans.
Many reviews on Trustpilot complains about late or defaulted loans.
P2P investing is not without a risk. Invest wise:
- Diversify your investment by choosing different loan originators and countries – and different platforms
- Avoid loan originators with low safety score (and often the highest interest rate)
- Monitor for late loans and avoid these loan originators

Real Estate
Crowdpear review
Updated July 2025
This crowdlending platform just started december 2022. I chose to invest in it right away, because it is owned by the highly trusted platform, Peerberry AND because it is regulated, which makes it more safe than most crowdlending platforms.
With loans in real estate, business and refinancing it’s a good supplement to personal loans in other crowdlending platforms.
My experience
- The web page is very nice and manageable.
- As the platform is new, i have very little experience. I have made a small investment and will wait and see.
- Languages in the website: English, Latviesu
Security
- License: regulated under MiFID II — one of the most stringent regulatory frameworks in the EU
- Trustpilot: 3.7 (July 2025)
- Buyback guarantie: No. Secured by Mortgage
- Diversity: limited
- Late loans: one out of my five loans has been late since March 2024. The property has been sold on an auction, but I don’t know yet how much I will get recovered.
Loans
- Loan types: real estate, business and renewal energy
- Loan term: a year or longer
- Available loans: few
- Interest: 11%-15%
- Minimum invest: 100€

Fintown review
Updated August 2025
Founded in January 2023, Fintown is a relatively new real estate crowdlending platform. Investments are made in operational properties, generating monthly interest through rental income. Additionally, you can invest in the construction of apartments, and after about a year, you are offered rental income with a bonus interest (early bird). Since I began investing in March 2023, everything has worked smoothly.
Languages in the website: English, Deutsch, Francais, Italiano, Espanol, Nederlands, Polski, Cesky, Latviesu
Security
- License: no
- Trustpilot: 4.6 (August 2025 )
- Buyback guarantie: No. Secured by either:
- 1st rank mortgage (you are first in line to get paid, if the project fails)
- Mezzanine loans (you are first in line to get paid, if the project fails)
- Corporate guarentee (rental loans}: if the single property fails, fintown will pay you. If the company behind fintown goes bankrupt, you will be last in line to get your investment back.
- Diversity: Few loans – mostly in the Czech Republic
- Late loans: I have not experienced any
Loans
- Loan types: real estate / rental properties
- Loan term: 1 – 36 month
- Available loans: few
- Interest: 8% – 15%
- Minimum invest: from 1€
Flexibility
- Secondary market: no/yes: You may sell back your rental loan at any time with zero fee
- Autoinvest: no
Advice
- Invest a little in the beginning, and wait and see how it performs. Prioritize 1st rank mortgage loans. The trustpilot reviews are very positive, but Fintown has a very short history. I like the rental part, which generates a steady income. And you may exit these loans at anytime.
Pros
- The rental part, which generates a steady income
- You may sell back your rental loan at any time with zero fee
- High interest
Cons
- No license
- Loans secured as mezzanine loans are less safe than 1st rank mortgage
- A new platform with a short history
Bonus offered by Fintown
- We both get 1% of your investments during the first 90 days
- Get your bonus here
